I'm not sure what the next project will be. I'd like to fine some plans or at least a nice picture of a European-style rural station and platform. I might try my hand at a glitter-house version. I have a few pics of Hornby prewar stations, but they feature a lot of lithography, something that's nearly impossible to replicate, and the Marklin/Bing stations are typically quite large. Still in the formative stages.
This tunnel won't go onto the basement layout, as it doesn't fit well with the prewar Lionel/Flyer/Ives motif (besides that, I don't think there's any bloody space for it). I might instead use it as part of a table display for the European wind-ups that I have, but I'll need to "manufacture" a few more pieces. Not sure, but a number of ideas. One thing I worry about is storage, as it seems rather susceptible to accidental damage.
Gotta get my Marx knights out.
