Hospital that doesn't look like plasticville

A reader asked me if I knew of a good source for an O scale hospital model that didn't look like Plasticville. I wrote:

Regarding the hospital, seems like the MTH bank building would be a
good starting point. Here's a guy that kitbashed it into a huge union
station. Yes, it's not a hospital, but it might give you some ideas.
