After several years online, and two big server moves, we've decided to make a discussion forum available for our readers. Be polite.
What is welcome:
Courtesy and willingness to disagree agreeably
Commitment to maintaining this as a family-friendly resource
Discussions about:
Model trains (especially O, On30, and S)
Model scenery
Model structures
Tinplate trains and accessories
Holiday trains and villages
Related topics.
What is not welcome:
Discourtesy
Hateful attitudes, even toward people or companies that are not on the list.
Sales spiels (although if you are a participant with expert knowledge
you can share, even if it's about your own product, that's fine. If ALL you do
is sell stuff, we'll unplug you.)
So if you are willing to commit to "play nice," even with people who see things or do things differently from you, welcome aboard!
New Discussion Group
This forum is for general discussions relating to the hobby. If you have a topic that relates to specific scales or other aspects of the hobby, look for a suitable forum first. If there isn't one, post it here, and I'll move it if I need to.
